How does performance-only pricing actually work?

You pay a flat $500 setup fee up front, which covers the audit, account structure, and first creative slate. From there, we earn a percentage of revenue generated — 15% month-to-month, 12% on a 3-month, 10% on a 6-month engagement. No retainer on top, no surprise invoices.

You cover ad spend directly through your own Meta account — we never touch your credit card, we operate on your permissions.

What kinds of brands do you actually take on?

High-ticket DTC, luxury and considered-purchase e-commerce, and service businesses with clean unit economics — typically $500+ average order value and $5K+ of intended monthly ad spend.

We pass on pre-revenue brands, commodity products with thin margins, and any situation where the business model needs to be invented before it can be scaled.

Why only three clients per quarter?

Because the thing that actually moves paid social isn't the tool stack — it's attention. We'd rather run four accounts deeply than forty accounts shallowly. Three per quarter keeps the roster at a size where both founders can sit on every account every week.

Do you cover ad spend or does the client?

The client covers ad spend, always. Meta is billed to your card, on your ad account, with your data ownership preserved. Our access is granted through Business Manager — not a shared login.

What's the earliest I'd see real signal?

Typically 10 to 21 days after launch, depending on the size of the audience pool and the cost of the product. We report honestly during the learning phase — early numbers are directional, not final.

Can you work with Google Ads or TikTok?

Right now our specialty is Meta — Facebook and Instagram. Google Ads is a near-term expansion on the roadmap. TikTok we'll occasionally run for clients where the audience is clearly there, but it's not our primary channel today.

What if it's not working?

You'll hear about it from us the day we see it — not the week after. If after 60 days of genuine iteration the account isn't scaling, we'll tell you, and either renegotiate the scope or part ways. No lock-in, no theatre.

Who actually does the work?

Both founders — Liam and Anthony — on every account. No junior pod, no white-labeled freelancer rotating through. When you text the account owner, you're texting the person making the buying decisions that day.
