  • Average order value is $500+ — high-ticket DTC, luxury goods, considered purchases, service businesses with strong unit economics.
  • Monthly ad-spend budget between $5K and $10K+ — we start smaller and scale as results prove out.

A note on retainers

We don't publish retainer pricing because we don't lead with it. If a particular engagement genuinely fits a flat fee better than a performance tier — a one-off strategic sprint, a creative-only project — we'll suggest it on the call. It's a fallback, not the front door.
